with the Su-27 getting a guns kill once the energy on the MiG-29 starts getting depleted, the Su-27 is literally fighting the whole time in a neutral position till finally it lands into lead pursuit. so I think we have our answer, the MiG-29 is less capable then the Su-27 in DCS.
