Loving my shiny new P20 pro, my first proper flagship device. However, tested the audio for the first time today and ran into some problems. It works fine outputting through the inbuilt speakers for Deezer, YouTube etc. Plugging in headphones or connecting to bluetooth speakers however, the sound still outputs from the phone.

Purchased a Huawei P20 abroad which shows as 'No Signal' when I returned to the UK using my Vodafone Sim; also happens with other Sims too (tried EE and Virgin). The phone is unlocked so I'm not sure why it's not working. Any help is hugely appreciated. Very frustrating issue.
