192.168.100.1 will also work in this situation. If the modem is running in Bridge mode with a router behind it, you can only use 192.168.100.1 to log into the modem. That IP address will work thru the router, so, you don't have to rip your network apart to log into the modem. Credentials: Username: cusadmin (this can not be changed)
