Ihave a 2007 Audi A4 b7 and my cruise control stopped working. Also right after my steering wheel buttons stopped working (does not let me change track/ volume control doesn't work). Has anyone ever had this problem? Anyone know a solution? I hooked up obd and gave me a "U0104 Cruise Control: No Communication"
Changethe knob control out or use the wheel controls. Those are your options as it's probably a defective potentiometer on the volume control. See post #2 above. I was told by the dealer you can't simply swap the knob out - need to replace control unit, which I had done under warranty.
