I Hate My Apple Watch Ultra. I'm gonna downgrade to the S8. Been using the Ultra for about a month. It's gorgeous and has no major issues, but the only real upgrade I've gotten from it is the longer battery life. I'm very active, I go on runs, hikes, swims all of that, and still have gotten literally 0 extra utility out of it than a regular But, up until the watch was upgraded to include an LTE functionality/modem, I didn’t see how it meaningfully divorced me from my phone, and allegedly improved my overall quality of life. Now that it has LTE, I purchased an iPhone 11 Pro Max and Apple Watch 5 44m with the ceramic back (last year). You will have to pay a monthly fee to your smartphone carrier. Most charge an extra $10 a month to add a smartwatch and then there’s the one time activation fee of about $30 but personally I think it’s worth it for me.
